REGISTRATION 
In order to confirm we are working with a valid supplier and not an intermediary, we will need to see company registration documentation. We are required to carry our due diligence as part of fraud prevention and AML (anti money laundering) regulations.

QUOTA CONFIRMATION 
We require you to supply confirmation of your annual available production and how much quota will be available for Avalon to buy from your company.We review this quantity monthly or quarterly depending on requirements and may maintain or request an increase.

SPECIFICATIONS & SAMPLES 
Laboratory specifications of your products are essential, as we will need to verify product for any SGS, Saybolt or independent inspection. We require you to please provide small samples for us to independently analyse at our offices in London.

HISTORICAL TRADING 
Any evidence of historical trading such as bill of laden, certificate of insurance, SGS among other evidence that your company has historically traded. We fully respect commercial sensitivity & data protection laws, hence are happy to receive sanitised evidence.

We will start working with our suppliers on small quantities and gradually scale it up depending on the demand. We will never ask you to invest to increase your stock, we will always work within your available quota and never place unnecessary burdens on our suppliers.

We know from experience that there needs to be a 'stress test' to engage performance. Logistics and payment etc will vary depending on the product and the ultimate destination and of course preferred payment instrument. 

Depending on how much you already supply for existing clients, we will engage our network to understand the demand and start with small quantities like a few containers and gradually scale up to larger volumes over time.

We feel that successful business means that its important to have a solid realistic working relationship with a structured strong foundation where we can manage expectations, fulfil the needs of our clients as well as our suppliers.

Avalon has a diverse international client base that has been built over many years of established relationships. These clients range from private business entities to government agencies. Avalon will never ship products to any individual, entity or country that is on any form of sanction list of the United Kingdom, United States of America or the United Nations. Rest assured your products will only be purchased by credible, vetted, professionals.

Avalon will always work around the needs of our clients. Occasionally we will require bespoke labelling or logo to be prepared. Depending on the product this may well be on sacks, palleted packaged FMCG goods, or general colour package preferences of our clients.
